After successful payment, Diaita may provide:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Order ID

  • Transaction/reference information

through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.


10. PAYMENT FAILED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED

Sometimes a payment may fail or an order may not be confirmed even though the amount appears to have been deducted from your bank account.

If this happens, please contact Diaita with:

  • Order ID, if available

  • Transaction/reference number

  • Amount

  • Payment method

  • Date and time of transaction

  • Screenshot or transaction confirmation, where appropriate

11. DUPLICATE PAYMENT

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact Diaita.

Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, the applicable additional amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.


12. CASH ON DELIVERY

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available, customers may pay the applicable order amount at the time of delivery.
